The only public yahoo group for Five Rings Online at the moment is the player group listed below. A volunteer group will be released soon for people to come and help the GMs in a variety of ways. This is also a good way to show that you are interested in the chat, and to potentially become an Asst GM. Most of the GMs have not had any opportunity to look for them yet. :)
There will eventually be more yahoo groups than you can shake a very large stick at, probably ones for each clan, the goings on of court, other random stuff. :)
