This page and sections list and detail all of the various clans and other
factions that are present in Legend of the Five Rings. Groups that are
defined in published materials are just listed and have a reference given
to where it can be found. To decide where a clan should go, use the most
recent information in the game. Like Mantis would be Major. Centipede
would be minor, but would have a note in the description that it was
adopted into the Mantis.
There are 3 types of Groups:
Major Clans: Like the Dragon, Crab, Crane, etc.
Minor Clans: Like the Ox, Monkey, Hare
Other Groups: Ronin, Shadowlands, Monks, Nezumi, Naga, etc.
