This page and the sub pages of this page will attempt to provide references
to schools that are found in the L5R RPG and provide either details of the
school, when possible, or to provide full details of the school, when it is
not a published school.
Advanced schools are a new feature added to L5R in 2nd edition, when AEG
pushed the cap up from max of 5 insight ranks to 8. Advanced Schools are
not common, each clan has at best a small handful of them. They do not
generally have students come to them to learn, instead they often give
special invitations to those they wish to attend.
