The GMs should be able to help with getting your character sanctioned over the course of the week; just be patient and remember that there is an entire week to handle it. The Clan War has ended. The corrupted vessel of Fu Leng has been removed from the throne, and peace has returned to the Empire due to the heroism of the Thunders.

Now, Rokugan must rebuild.

There is a new Emperor. A new Great Clan. All save one of the Great Clan Champions are new to their position. All of the Clans have suffered serious losses during the war. The Empire still faces dangers: remnants of the Horde, bandits, and ill-feelings after the years of war.

Rokugan still has need of heroes.

Toturi has reorganized the Imperial Legion, and has deployed them to see to the safety of his people. The Imperial Capital was virtually destroyed, and significant portions of it still need rebuilt. The Imperial Court is being restored as well, so that the rest of the Empire can be returned to its former glory. Samurai from all over the Empire have flocked ot Otosan Uchi to serve their Clans.

Join their number, and forge a new fate for Rokugan.
